By downloading, accessing, or using When, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What When does

When helps you remember dates, intervals, renewals, expirations, widgets, reminders, notes, and recurring personal occasions. You are responsible for the information you add and for checking important dates when accuracy matters.

Not professional advice

When is a personal organization tool. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, insurance, travel, compliance, or other professional advice.

Subscriptions and purchases

When Pro may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions or other App Store purchases. Prices, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment methods are handled by Apple through your App Store account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass paid feature access, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

Availability

The app may change over time, and features may be added, removed, or modified. No service or reminder system can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, When is provided without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated as When changes. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised terms.
